As the landscape of sports broadcasting continues to evolve in 2026, many fans are asking whether they can access FOX Sports content through the Peacock streaming service. With major leagues like NASCAR entering new multi-platform media rights agreements, understanding where to tune in is essential.

The Short Answer
In short: No, you cannot watch FOX Sports directly on Peacock. These are two distinct platforms owned by different media conglomerates. Peacock is the streaming home of NBCUniversal, while FOX Sports is a division of Fox Corporation.
Why Aren’t They Integrated?
To understand why these services do not overlap, it helps to look at the competitive nature of media rights:
- NBCUniversal (Peacock): Focuses on content from NBC, USA Network, and exclusive Peacock originals.
- Fox Corporation (FOX Sports): Distributes its content through its own platforms, such as the FOX Sports app, the FOX website, and traditional cable/satellite providers.
Even though NASCAR’s seven-year media rights deal involves four different partners—including FOX Sports, USA Network (NBC), Amazon Prime Video, and others—each partner maintains exclusive rights to the events they broadcast. You will find NASCAR races on Peacock when they are scheduled to air on NBC or USA Network, but you will never find a FOX Sports-produced broadcast on the Peacock platform.
Where to Watch FOX Sports Content
If you want to access FOX Sports programming, you should utilize the following methods:
- The FOX Sports App: Available on most smart TVs, tablets, and smartphones.
- Cable/Satellite/Streaming Providers: Services like FuboTV, YouTube TV, or Hulu + Live TV often include FOX and FS1/FS2 in their channel lineups.
- Over-the-Air Antenna: Many major FOX Sports events are broadcast for free via local affiliate stations.
The Future of Sports Streaming
The sports media landscape is becoming increasingly fragmented. As leagues sign deals with multiple partners, fans are often required to subscribe to several services to catch every game of a season. While Peacock is an excellent destination for NBC-exclusive content, it is not a “one-stop-shop” for all sports.
If you are a fan of NASCAR, the NFL, or other sports covered by FOX, you should keep your Peacock subscription for NBC-related events, but rely on FOX-affiliated platforms for all FOX-produced broadcasts. Always check the official schedule for each event to see which network holds the rights for that specific game or race.
